Depression And Stress 


   Stress is the part of life and essential tool for your motivation to do any kind of job. Stress alerts you and ready yourself for the best performance. But too much stress leads toward the depression. 

Causes 

There are too many reasons for depression 
  • Can be genetically depressed 
  • His current position
  • Biologically ( brain chemicals involved )
  • Traumas 
  • Worse childhood experience (bullying or child abuse)

Symptoms

1.Restlessness
 No sleep, intensive work, no yoga and exercise leads to restlessness.

2.High blood pressure
Restlessness and anxiety leads to high blood pressure.

3.Emotionally unstable
They are inconsistent (show unpredictable reactions and behaviours), impulsive, short term friendships and relationships (too many conflicts), blurred feeling (cannot judge their true feeling)

4.Loss of interest
Loss interest in every field of life (hobbies, fun, work, even in satisfying their hunger i.e. in food).

5.Low self worth
Start hating yourself, trying to do everything perfectly but fails. Low self esteem is an awful feeling about ourself.

6.Poor concentration 
                  
Abrupt thinking, lack of focus, low decission making power.

7.Low appetite
Anorexia condition, weight loss start.

8.No happiness in life 
                   
Unable to seek pleasure in life, have no fun, no joy, lead to dull and boring life.

Natural ways to reduce depression

Depression is the severe sadness and has no limit of being worse before cure. However there are many natural ways to reduce depression such as:

1. Regular exercise
    Exercise on daily basis keeps us healthy and wise. With exercise our metabolism fit and red blooded. Reduces our stress and anxiety level.


2. Reduce social media 
    Recent researches also reveals  a strong association between social media and anxiety level. Excess use of anything is harmful even is of social media. More you remain in touch with your social media, more you will lose your actual social circle which is more essential then internet network. 
  • More friends on facebook or instagram--> less friends in real life
  • More social media usage --> less will be your social interaction with you close relations.


 3. Reduce stress level
   Reduce stress level will definitely reduce anxiety and depression.
  • More stress--> more anxiety--> more depression.


4. Rest
   Rest leads your body to comfort zone 
  • A lot of rest --> definitely low stress and leads to no depression.


5. Healthy Diet
   Healthy nutrition is necessary for sound, sensible and active body. Take proper care of your diet to stay healthy, rossy, active and wise.


6. Yoga
   Yoga is the best freshening activity of mind. Reduce anxiety. No stress. Happy life.
